We may have set a new bar. We busted out the kiddie pool on April 18th. It was over 70 degrees in my backyard and we took full advantage. Our afternoon was complete with swimsuits, sun screen and otter pops.The kids are always eager and excited to see the dazzling blue skies that often accompany our sunshine, but imagine our suprise so early this year. Anyone who's native to the area knows that Spring is ever unreliable. The hardest part has been explaining to young kids why the next day brought cold winds, and the following day, torrential downpours.
