We all know how much of a time-suck that facebook is. I can "pop on" for a moment and the next thing I realize, I've just wasted 90 minutes and my laundry still needs to be finished. My new excitement over facebook is my new purpose for being on it. I've commited myself to walking on the treadmill while facebooking...which naturally leads to me also walking while blogging, web surfing and checking email.
Most of you know how much I dislike anything workout related and how lazy I can be to get jumpstarted on most things physically active...but rest assured, if you are reading this or are running into me on facebook, I will be walking.
This new commitment has become somewhat addictive. I love being online and catching up, but am also loving how refreshing it is to be walking off my aggression, especially in light of my parenting woes. (Shout out to the great friends I have for support!) I'm surprised that I am not only walking to facebook, but also facebooking to walk.
I just increased my incline today, so you may notice additional type-o's. It's not always easy to walk and type, but I've matched up my frequency to spelling errors with the need to boost the workout challenge. No time to plateau...swimsuit season is fast upon us. Can someone send a message upstairs? I'm tired of the snow reports in April.
