I'm so stoked that my kids are getting to the stage of Christmas programs. Sis had her first this week and it couldn't have been more exciting for me. She was pretty happy about it too.She played the Wise Man in the abbreviated version of the real Christmas story. Clumped into her group of boy friends, she sang and even started a class-wide distraction, calling Da-da. Of course the entire class followed suit and before you knew it, that's all you could hear. But those are the perfect moments to cherish and enjoy as the years go by.
I was also excited to have my new camera to take a few shots and was pleased at the success I had with the indoor shots. Certainly a learning curve, but how better to practice than shooting your kids -- along with their constant movement.
