Ok, I failed to make good on my triathlon intentions. It's not so much that I didn't want to do it, but I just couldn't maintain my fitness momentum to actually make it happen. I was a bit wistful after the fact about bagging out, but the silver lining here is that I got to support some great friends and make some great new contacts in the process.
And in my book, support equals photography... though not 100% sure of how my friends feel about it... anyone who knows me knows I will be with camera in hand. So they got their pictures taken. AND they get to have their pics splashed all over facebook and the web. They don't even realize they have their own paparazzi...
What they SHOULD always know is that I am so in awe of their accomplishments and am forever proud of them crossing this goal off their bucket lists.
