INSPIRED BY A 4 YEAR OLD "GIRAFFE"

Daughter is drawing and doodling and writing to her hearts content these days. I'm loving her creativity and imagination. It's amazing to have a look inside the inner-workings of a 4-year-old.

Today she drew some pictures and I was so enamoured with them, I felt inspired to sew a stuffed toy in the likeness of her drawing. I'm further motivated to launch it as another handmade gift - and just in time for the holidays.

This drawing is about 6 in, and the stuffed toy is about 15in tall.Interested? For $35, I'll take your child's drawing and recreate it as a stuffed toy. Send me a note if you are interested. All I need is a picture image of the drawing, then I'll find the fabrics to best match and sew it up.

  3. This is simply ingenious. Apparently, you received the crafty genes from the family tree. If I draw a picture, can you turn it in to a giant pillow stuffed animal?
