I write. And I even get paid for it sometimes. Which is ironic. More ironic is that I write a parenting column that people actually read. Cool, but highly unexpected.
So I don't really have writers block in th traditional sens. It's more writers procrastination. I have ideas. Many in fact. Probably part of the problm. So much to tackle and considr that I might not know where to start.
It could also be my exhaustion with my keyboard and how my ltter 'E' is continually sticking forcing m to painstakingly corrct each and evry word that is effectd. This dramatically cuts into my WPM. You can see that I gav up on this post. Just so you can s what I'm working with here.
You might think it common sense to buy a nw keyboard, but that would just cut into my Fall boot buying budgt and I have a pair of rusty rd Vince Camuto boots in my sights (size 8.5, just in case you cared). Wants vs. needs, I know. Chicks, man.
So, I'm sitting here, trying to form a game plan, what to writ nxt? I can tackle the immunization debat that nver seems to go away. Or mayb talk about how Sponge Bob is killing kids' brain cells as most recently rportd on no lss than a dozen nws media outlts. I could ventur into the "Multitasking is a myth" statement that is backed up by plenty of science, and coincidentally discovered by men. (Go figure.) There's the subjct a friend brought up about how children may need to fail in order to succeed, but this isn't really new conversation is it? I can tackle school lunch programs and the need for increased nutrition awareness. Or I can talk about motherhood fashion and how to ditch the stigma of MOM-jeans for good.
See, I hav plenty to say, plenty to research... I just don't know what is important and I'm a littl exhausted thinking about it all. We parnt by instinct, we all have ways w think is right and appropriate. I do lov sharing my opinion though. And I appreciate knowing thos opinions of others in th same boat.
Man, that lettr E-thing is atrocious.
